House Made Radiatore Pasta w/ Lamb Bolognese (Meal Kit- Serves 2)
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Equipment Needs: Medium Sized Pot, Saute Pan, Colander, Aluminum Foil
From your pantry: Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper
In Your Kit:
- 9 oz radiatore pasta
- 4 oz lamb bolognese
- 4 Tbsp mirepoix
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp grana padano
- ½ tsp Aleppo pepper
- ¼ cup basil
- 1 Vesuvio Stirato baguette
- Compound garlic butter
HOW TO COOK:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400F. Slice Stirato in half lengthwise, spread garlic butter and close.
Step 2: Wrap In foil and toast for 5 min flip over to other size and bake for another 5 min.
Step 3: Bring a pot of water to boil with 2 Tbsp salt.
Step 4: Cook the radiatore for 8-10 min. Drain and reserve ½ cup cooking water.
Step 5: Heat saute pan over medium and add 1 Tbsp olive oil. Add mirepoix, bolognese, ½ cup cooking water and bring to simmer.
Step 6: Add cooked pasta, butter, and some of the cheese to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7: Serve with aleppo pepper, drizzle of olive oil, sprinkling of cheese and basil.
