Halibut En Papillote (Meal Kit-Serves 2)

From your pantry: Salt & Pepper
In your Kit:
- 2 Seasoned 5.5 oz filets
- 2 roasted carrot
- 2 roasted cipollini onions
- ½ delicata squash
- 4 confit garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp lemon oil
- ½ cup salsa verde
- 1 Tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 lemon
How to Cook:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Place both packets on a sheet tray and place in the oven for 18 minutes.
Step 3: Remove and place each packet on a plate. Be careful of steam that is released and slowly open each.
Step 4: Drizzle with salsa verde, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve with lemon halves alongside.
About the Protein:
Halibut is the common name for two flatfish in the genus Hippoglossus from the family of right-eye flounders and, in some regions, and less commonly, other species of large flatfish. The word is derived from haly and butte, for its popularity on Catholic holy days
It is a lean fish with a mild, sweet tasting white flesh, similar to tilapia. It’s thicker and firmer than cod.
