
VANILLA ICE CREAM
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: 4-8hrs
Equipment Needs:

Counter or Hand Held Mixer with whisk attachment (or just whisk if you are feeling VERY strong)

A quart sized container to set the ice cream
In your Kit:
- 1 Ice Cream Kit Cream
- 1 Tbsp Special Vanilla
Instructions:
Step 1: Place everything in bowl for mixer
Step 2: Whip until stiff and transfer to container.
Step 3: Freeze until stiff at least 4 hrs
Scoop and enjoy!
Storage Tip
Ice cream can be covered and saved to enjoy later in the week. Saves nicly up to 1 week in freezer
COFFEE CHIP ICE CREAM
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

- A quart sized container to set the ice cream
In your Kit:
- 1 Ice Cream Kit Cream
- 1 Coffee Powder
- 2 Tb espresso liqueur
- 1/2 cup mini Chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate biscotti crumble
Instructions:
Step 1: Place cream, coffee powder, and espresso liqueur in bowl for mixer
Step 2: Whip until stiff and fold in mix ins.
Step 3: Transfer to container.
Step 4: Freeze until stiff at least 4 hrs.
